What Shipping Services Do We Use ?
We use Toll Priority for most of our shipping services. We will be limited to using Australia Post if your order will need to be delivered to a PO or Parcel Box.
Please Note There Will Be A PO/Parcel Box Surcharge At Checkout
Will My Order Be Shipped The Same Day ?
The cutoff time for orders is 1:30 PM. Any orders placed after this time, will not be shipped till the following business day. (Excluding Saturday/Sunday)
Can You Deliver To My Work Address ?
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
How Do I Track My Order ?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after we have packed your order. Selecting the “track” button will open an order summary page containing your tracking number and a URL for the shipping provider.
You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive ?
- Toll Priority – 1-2 Business Days (Tracking Number Will Be Provide)
- Australia Post – 1-2 Business Day (Tracking Number Will Be Provide)
- Australia Post – 6-10 Business Day (Tracking Number Will Be Provide)
Although uncommon, uncontrollable events will sometimes impact the shipping times on individual orders. This is out of our control, but we will do our best to keep our customers informed regarding any unexpected delays.
What If I Am Not Home When They Attempt Delivery ?
All orders are shipped using “Safe Drop”. If there is no safe location to leave the parcel, the driver will mark it is undelivered and return it to the depo.
You will receive a text on the same number provided upon checkout, it is then your responsibility to pick up or arrange redeliver.
What Do I Do If I Haven’t Received My Delivery Yet ?
Please note that is not the responsibility of D&R Vape to track your order for you. You can track your order via https://online.toll.com.au/trackandtrace/ or by calling 13 15 31 and quoting your tracking number.
If you are unable to do so , we encourage you to get in contact with us ASAP.
What Do I Do If My Order Is Damaged Or Missing Something ?
If this is the case, please get in contact with us so we can resolve the issue.
